Lightweight assembly trolley
This reconfigurable assembly trolley with three levels and a frame made using Profile Tube System D30 is ideal for moving around a whole range of parts or materials and for carrying out simple assembly operations. The length, height and width of the trolley can be customized to suit the requirements of the working process.
The total load that this mobile assembly trolley can carry is 180 kg, and this load should primarily be located on the stable table top. The two lower levels, made of 4-mm plastic panel material, are suitable for moving around various lightweight parts and tools. Accessories from the item Lean Production Building Kit System can be added quickly and easily. Alternatively, this assembly trolley can also be built as an especially stable solution by using Line 8 profiles from the item MB Building Kit System.
